Join us for a powerful afternoon of movement and release as we harness the energy of the full moon to let go of what no longer serves us — people, patterns, pain... all of it.
We’ll begin with a grounding ritual and guided journaling session using a special Cord-Cutting Kit (included with your ticket — journal, sage, & pen). Then, we’ll dive into a freeing choreography focused on awakening the root, sacral, and solar plexus chakras — the foundation of your personal power, sensuality, and confidence.
This workshop is part healing ceremony, part dance empowerment. Whether you're letting go of a toxic relationship, betrayal, self-doubt, or just shedding old energy — this afternoon is for YOU.
