Casino/Rueda: From Partner work to Rueda formation, we will approach the fundamentals of the Rueda de Casino and how the movements can be developed in function of the music and how the music has been influenced by movement as well.
 
Son Cubano: To understand Casino and Salsa, we need to come back to one of the most significant rhythms of the XX century, El Son Cubano. In our class we will touch base on the understanding of timing, cadence, and the elegance of this rhythm; and how it has influenced the dances nowadays we know. 

Suelta: Timba Suelta is a mix of movements from various Cuban dance styles, to get funky, to have fun, and to get your energy up high. This class will help you to add more ingredients to your dance repertoire, creating your own flavor/style and helping you to get familiar with the music we dance to. This workshop is open to all. No previous experience is required.
